HEPA Filter Clean Air Oven
Clean Air Oven is mechanical convection oven equipped with HEPA Filter Class H14 in laminar air path to remove particles up to 99.995% to keep oven chamber as clean room condition. Designed for applications drying or curing dust sensitive materials such as electronic components or medical parts, semi-conductor chip cleaning, display panel and wafer baking which needs particle free environment during heat treatment.
